Abstract

Today, International Women's Day, is a good day to take the first step and get closer to physical activity in search of your well-being.

The practice of sport has been, throughout history, a field where women have had to fight for their recognition and visibility. Today, more and more women are standing out in various disciplines, breaking barriers and demonstrating that dedication and talent have no gender. Professional or amateur athletes are an inspiring example for all those who have not yet taken the step towards practicing sports. Their commitment and passion for sport not only give them physical benefits, but also foster greater self-confidence and improve their mental health. 

Today, March 8, International Women's Day, is a good date for all those women who have not yet incorporated physical activity to take the first step: a yoga class, a walk, exercises at home or at the gym, any action counts. Sport is a source of well-being and empowerment that will bring them benefits.
